Composer, musician…
Telling stories through music.

Abigail Neale is a Toronto-based composer and musician whose work is focused on creating and capturing moments that connect deeply with her audience.

Her first love for music came from the Nintendo video game sound tracks of her childhood and ever since, has pursued musical training with roots in the classical idiom, and as a graduate of Humber College, has branched into a myriad of contemporary genres including jazz, pop, and R&B.

Fuelled by her love for video games and drawing from years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist and composer, her compositions pull on her ability to insightfully express the mood of a scene or genre. From the nuance of playful animations and video games to emphatic theatre scores, she loves exploring different soundscapes in her work.

Some of her favourite video game music to date comes from the Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts series, the Legend of Zelda and Ni No Kuni. When she’s not writing and playing music, you can find her playing RPGs and JRPGs.

Let’s work together.
